Does the resort have internet access?
(A) Currently July 2009, the resort does not have internet access available to our guests and owners, but there is internet access nearby. We hope to have it shortly.
What is the annual assessment this year?
(A) The current assessment is $25.00 and is due when your maintenance fees are due every year.
How far are you from major attractions?
(A) We are one hour from Portland, Maine; we are 40 minutes from North Conway, New Hampshire, so anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Is there a restaurant on the premise?
(A) No we do not have a restaurant on our premises; however, we do sell soda, ice, and have a small selection of necessities if needed.
Are linens and towels provided in the units?
(A) Yes lines and towels are provided and changed daily if requested.
Is it necessary to call Evergreen Valley when I cannot come on my expected date of arrival or will not be using my week?
(A) Yes it is very important to call us, so we can assist you as to when you wish to use your unit, or to facilitate your needs re renting or exchanging your week.
When is the peak season in which area attractions are open?
(A) Winter, for winter sports, fall for foliage, and summer for all summer activities, spring is generally slow.
What is check in and check out time.
(A) Check in time is after 3pm and check out time is 10:00 am
Are Pets Allowed?
(A) No pets are not allowed, we have many owners who have allergies, and not all pet owners are responsible pet owners. Guide dogs trained to lead blind or vision impaired people are allowed.
Is there an ATM machine close by?
(A) Yes there is more than one close by. Also many banks in the larger cities.
Can I rent my unit if I cannot use it?
(A) Yes you can rent your unit if your maintenance fees are paid current, and if you sign our rental agreement form. Please ask the front desk for the form, or retrieve if off our website.
Does the Resort use an exchange company?
(A) Yes we use Daelive. They have been very successful at assisting our owners find alternative vacations. However, it should be noted that your maintenance must be paid at least six weeks in advance before banking your unit for exchange.
