May 31 2008 - 1PM General Meeting with the Directors Meeting directly following.
EVTOA has replaced it's furniture. This has been an ongoing process for the last year. The front of the Inn was done last summer. The center of the Inn and the back of the Inn this spring. By the end of next summer all units should have the new furniture. What a difference to the rooms! The new furniture consists of new couches, drapes, kitchen tables, and some new pictures. A model room was set up to view the new furniture before it was installed.
Tax bills are online! Effective the tax year of 2007, the town of Stoneham is going on-line for your tax bill. Go to Stoneham Town Office.
New neighbors? Looks like some new houses will be going in near the pond just before getting to Evergreen.
Condo 5 has had some new work down on an outside 2nd floor wall with the repair including the addition of a new window…thanks Bob
