Rates and Policies
Timeshare units are available for rentals. There are some periods that there is an additional $30 charge per night. These weeks are weeks 8, 32, 33 , 34, and 40. See the owners calendar for exact dates. There is a 10% discount for a stay of three nights or more. Reservations require a credit card to hold the unit, however the card will not be charged until check-in. Cancellations within 72 hours prior to your arrival will be charged an equivalent to the first nights stay. Cancellations with more than 72 hours notice, will not be charged. Maine state lodging tax is 7%. Timeshare owners receive a 30% discount. Check with the front desk or email EVTOA for more details.

Condo-2 Bedroom: This private villa features 2 private bedrooms and a sofa bed to sleep six. It also has a deck, living room, dining room and kitchen to be your home away from home...$145/night,$1005/week. Two night minimum.
Condo - 3 bedroom: This private villa features 3 private bedrooms and a sofa bed to sleep eight. It also has a deck, living room, dining room and kitchen to be your home away from home...$165/night,$1145/week. Two night minimum.
